Public Hearings Will Address Proposed Wildlife Rule Changes

The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department will hold public hearings on May 13, 14 and 15, to discuss proposed state rule changes regarding wildlife and wildlife management.

Some rule changes up for consideration would affect the seasons for taking antlerless deer in response to the severe winter; would raise the price of a special deer permit for archery to $15 from $13; and would require the hunter's signature on the moose registration form.

The hearings will take place at the following times and places:
