The video is from my hunting buddies on the other side of the canyon. They missed the shot, because I did not return hand signs because of the shawdow it was casting down below. They got me crawling out to the cliff but my last hand sign told them I could not see the sheep. so they were thinking of a new plan to get me in view of the sheep.

There are a few rams with more curl there, but I was after the thickest, the guy I got was by far the thickest. There was also a small red tagged ewe with 10" horns hanging out with these rams.

Very nice (video). I would suspect most sheep hunters don't get as close as you did. (Alas, few hunters take sheep with archery equipment.) It is fascinating how the rams found that shady enclave.

Nice ram the video just makes it all that better!! Beautiful country, made for a tough hunt though, huh??

Ya by the 3rd day, my feet were raw, the hunt was very rewarding though.

Well, I can forget about work for the rest of today! After watching that video, all I can think about is sheep hunting. Great job on the video. It was neat to see your approach/stalk in relationship to where the rams were. Especially after reading about it, and pictureing the whole event in my mind. Thanks for sharing your experience.

No problem, it truely was a once in a lifetime hunt. It ended exactly as I wanted it to. A long stalk, a good ram, a good shot, and friend to help pack out!!!

HaHa Yeah it's always good to have your friends with strong backs and weak minds with you on a hunt like that HUH??

Beautiful Ram! Nice stalk and it looked as though you were gonna fall off that rock when you were taking the shot.
