Spend most of my time every year chasing the "gray ghost." Last year, I found a nice 4 point whitetail hiding with two does about 5 miles from where he should have been, up in my mulie hills. First WT buck I have harvested in a long time. I will be after the grey ones again this year, all over public & private land in eastern montana!! Good luck to everyone. Hope yall havent caught the fever as bad as I have, I think I am about to get fired from my job, just from talking about it everyday!!!! I am going nuts!!! ,)

Hunt the Jellystone river bottoms around my hometown of Sidney for my WT, and from North of culbertson south to ashland, west to Terry-sometimes further for Mulies. That really amounts to the entire Eastern half of the state for Mulies, cause there are some good deer on the CMR around Ft. Peck, if you are willing to get out and look for them. ROUGH Country though, in the Missouri breaks.

3rd season buck tag cant wait

BigCallin, That's some big country. I think we have narrowed it down to Ashland area and might head over to Gardiner for wapiti, if we have any time left.
