venison noodle soup
4 cup broth
1/4-1/2 pound egg noodles
1/2 pound ground venison
2 ribs celery chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 tbs butter
garlic sait to taste
salt and pepper to taste
chive and parmesan cheese
heat broth to boiling and noodles .in separate pan brown venison saute celery and onion in butter .when noodles are done add cook venison celery and onion to soup pot add garlic salt. and salt and pepper to taste.simmer for 10 to 15 minutes garniish with chives parmesan
