Trigger Happy: Family fun at the machine-gun range.

Have any of you ever been to or taken part in one of these machine gun shoots?

The opportunity to shoot a wide range of machine and sub machine guns sounds like a blast, but it looks like it good drain your wallet rapidly.

I have shot an M16 Full Auto kuz my uncle has one and a AK 47 Full Auto. I have been shooting full auto guns since I was like 8.

If you ever have the chance to shoot one id say do it kuz its a blast. The First rounds make the barrle lift but then u can bring it back down and keep it in place.

The closest that I have come to being at one of those matches was when one of my best friends went to one and told me about it. It wasn't much fun in Nam and I've always wanted to do it just for the fun of it. We did have a run at some floating oil barrels shooting them with a fifty cal. off the port side of a destroyer and that was fun and it only cost me 4 years of my life. whatever you do were ear protection.

Yeah it does sound like a blast Zippy. :smile:

I understand what your saying though Big Bore, giving or taking fire from any of these guns would quickly put a damper on anybodies spirits.
