Tennessee's deer harvest so far

So far Tennessee has not seen a record breaking deer harvest, but it has been at least a good year thus far. We are over 125,000 total animals harvested thus far with over 50% being bucks. My county, located just north of Nashville is 7th in total harvest, but I've not seen if we are, as normal, leading in big bucks (those over 7 pnts).

Well, we still have another THREE WEEKS of gun season upcoming and I still have two buck tags left. So.... who knows??

Surely not me! Dancing

Looks like a good season so

Looks like a good season so far.

I have to laugh when I look at other states' numbers though.  Poor little Vermont, where I am from, only has a deer herd of around 120,000 to 140,000 animals.  You guys kill that many in one year lol

Hopefully you will get a couple to fill your tags.

Looking forward to your reports!  Good luck!
