He real nice job.  Glad ya got a chance to get back out there.  Both buck are real nice.  I do no think I would have passed on eith one of them.  Congrats to all and good shooting.

Glad you sealed the deal and were able to get out again. One of my buds who hunted the same area I did had five tags in his party. He was the only who filled his tag opening Saturday so they went out again last Friday. He said the goats were so spooked they hardly saw any and the few they did see hauled azz from quite a distance not giving shots. Great job!

Congratulations on having a successful end to your hunt. You had the right mindset after the trip where you missed so I am glad that you ended up getting one. You definitely stalked enough goats to earn one. Good job. It looks like you guys made a really good time of it. How many tags went unfilled. Doesn't sound like many did. That is always a good feeling. Who cares if your buck didn't have gigantic cutters... you worked hard for him. Did you end up re-sighting in your rifle or anything after your first trip. It sounded like you didn't feel like there was anything wrong with it but did you make any adjustments?

Hawkeye makes a good point about having to go to plan B and make adjustments.  Just like a football team, you sometimes have to make half time adjustments.  Some teams can do it others can't.  The same with hunters.  Some will just keep doing the same thing that they know and others will adapt to the situation.  Congrats again.
