Remington Kleen bore 209 primers

Do they really work? hat are they........hotter.........cooler burning than regular 209's. They say that fouling is caused by 209 being to hot and joltinh the pellets foreward in the breech. Is this true? I shoot 777 powder not pellets so should I worry about this and just shoot my regular 209's?

I've used maybe a 1/2 box of them and have seen a little difference with the "crud ring". Are they worth the extra money??? Who knows??? I'll have to make that decision after I'm through with this box. I'll probably stick with them.

I did notice a reduction in the "crud ring" when I switched from loose 777 to pellets.

I spit swap and then dry swab between shots

I'm using a TC Omega.

I picked up a package of the Remington primers to try myself. All I see is you get about 3 shots more before you have to push a swab thru to load it easier.
