Pictures of 14 - point whitetail mount

It wasn't too bad pulling him out. He died right at the foot of a logging road and we pulled him out with a 4 - wheeler, biggest problem was that he dwarfed the deer sled and we had to be careful that his antlers did drag on the ground or get snagged.

Illinios doesnt allow rifles if I'm not mistaken. If my memory serves me right it's just shotgun, muzzleloader, and bow right?
What did you take hime with? How many yards.
What a nice buck! I think I would be shaking too bad to make the shot, hahaha

I took with a remington 11-87 12-guage shotgun. He was about 60 yards out, fully broadside. Your right though, Illinois only has bow, shotgun, handgun, and muzzleloading.

Hey, I hunt Macoupin county also. I shot my first deer last year near Staunton, and he was a nice 10 pointer. It's good to see other Macoupin hunters on here.

That is a massive and very nice buck! Great job. Thumbs up
