Has anyone purchased an over-the-counter Cow tag in IDAHO...where...when...how?

OTC cow tags in IDAHO

Just started elk hunting in Idaho. This year we had an antlerless season in some units, ending shortly, started Aug 1. It was an over-the-counter (general) tag. I think there are some either sex general tags in other units but may be all bought up by now.
