There is a large, beautiful campgrounds in Ohio that is run by the campers that own the campsites in it. No lots are for rent.
The camping lots are deeded lots and registered at the Carroll county courthouse.
The campground has a fairly new large swimming pool, a very large clubhouse, four excellent shower houses, playgrounds, etc.
The campsite for sale has two single lots and two double lots, so it has about the equivalent area of six regular camping lots. The campsite includes a camper under a roof that extends over a screened in porch with a kitchen sink, cupboards, a TV, some furniture, etc. There is very good water, better than most city water, and it’s free.
There is a spot for a second camper on the site with hookups for electric, water, sewer, and phone.
An air-conditioned shed with a front porch is included. There is a computer desk and phone line in the shed.
If you hunt or fish, this is where you need to be. An adjacent 400+ acre state wilderness area is full of game, and there is very limited access to it except through the campground. Nearby Atwood lake and Leesville Lake provide excellent fishing, boating and swimming. For more info go to:
