Manastash B cow tag help

Got lucky and pulled this tag for this season. Need help on where to go look to find cows during 7-13 Oct hunt. Any help would be great.

Congrats on drawing a cow tag .
I drew muzzleloader cow tag, for the Umtanum B area ,just south of you . Hunt the Barber springs area and close to Bald Mountain , but not that far south .South West Corner of unit 340 . We will be doing a lot of scouting in September .

One of the most important components of deciphering a new hunting area is distinguishing between the summer and winter ranges for the game that you plan to pursue. Without knowing this you cannot make reliable assumptions about where the game will be come opening day.
