I have two and will not part with them, but I did see this in a local newspaper.

I don't know what you are budgeting for this, but my buddy bought a 12x14x5 last year from Yakima Tent and it is sweet! You might give them a call, their website stinks, so you will have to call them.800-447-6169

Cool, thats a pretty good price. What all did the tent come with? Does it have a frame? a stove? good shape? How soon will you be posting pictures?
