Holy crap! That is rediculous! I don't even think this is worth a debate. Just use the contact info at the bottom of the article and VOICE YOUR OUTRAGE!

I checked out Keith's website and didn't see much about the issue, but there is an article he wrote titled "Unhappy Hunters." He references the number of complaints he received about people hunting with outfitters recommended on the show, how some might have 25 bucks in front of them and the guide wouldn't let them shoot the one they wanted, etc. He also points out how tough it can be to find "enclosed" animals because he's seen "enclosed" deer lie down to where they were invisible.

In the article, he defines "fair chase" as: "The pursuit of a wild animal in their natural habitat, wherein the animal has every opportunity to fully utilize its inherent survival instincts and skills to elude its pursuer." I suppose you could twist that definition to cover this case. The animals did, after all, have every opportunity to go to the opposite end of the pen, didn't they?

His term for the hunters who wrote complaining about the hunts? "Cry babies".

Yhe this guy just made it into my POS catagory and i used to enjoy his shows,I dont care what size the enclosure is,an enclosure is an enclosure and no animal shot within one should be considered a fair chase kill,any animal raised in captivity and then released into a big enclosure will not have the inherent fear of man that they would learn as a wild animal,generation after generation being born in captivity removes thier fear of man,I was at an elk ranch in Cheatau MT and the elk would come up to the fence and lick you fingers,they raise them and sell them for meat there just like cattle,it is now illegal to sell hunts for enclosed animals here in Montana,Thank God!Welcome to the P.O.S. club Mr Warren!
