Have any of you seen this. To take any animal with a spear is insane... but an ELK! The actual act of doing it is one thing but it would be 100 times more impressive if this was a wild elk and not on a game ranch. Did I mention this guy is crazy!

I can't see the video where I am now, but if it's the same guy I am thinking of, he's taken tons of big game animals with a spear.
That's all he does.

You couldn't do it on a wild
You couldn't do it on a wild elk because of the game regulations. A spear would not fit into any of the cataglories for taking a game animal so you would have to do it on a private high fence game ranch.

Alabama big game regulations
Alabama big game regulations allow for hunting whitetails with a spear. But they specify that the spear must be hand thrown. People fed themselves with spears for thousands of years before fences.
