It seems possible that if you went hunting at "hign noon", you could stillget arrested for"hunting at night"

I believe that is why Alaska has no laws restricting what "time" you can legaly hunt. As long as you can make the shot without using artificial light it is legal. 1pm or 1am it doesn't matter as long as you are using natural ambient light.
