I do not think that they are going to take the hunting liscense away because the from states at the bottom about future changes which could mean there may be a price change but it will not be taken away the application is on this website http://www.in.gov/dnr/fishwild/licenses/pdf/10819.pdf

The Bill is "SB 0447". It was voted on on the last day of April. If it passed or not I'm not sure. If it did prices will go down on annual licenses. If it didn't everything stays the same. Also spot-lighting was up for vote "...for the observation or location for wild game...from Oct. 1 to Jan. 1..."

As of June 30th, 2005 Indiana Lifetime Hunting and Fishing Licenses will no longer be available. The sale of these licenses will be terminated as of this date...until future legislature re-instates it! (Maybe) "The Man From The South" ..... you need to do more research before giving out information, because you were not very informed on this matter and obviuosly not knowing what you were talking about!

I messed up four years ago. I had planned on purchasing it then when it was $550. I waited to long and ended up paying around $860 I believe. It is well worth it though. The lisence will cover all tags and any new ones in the future. I am 29 and I plan to hunt for many years to come and not have to worry about the skyrocketing prices of the lisences.
