Hunting on Shelter Island, NY

I am a respectable, experienced bowhunter looking for private areas to hunt on in Shelter Island and/or Eastern Long Island this season.
I donate all meat to local butchers. If you are interested in taking the meat yourself..I will be more than happy to give it to you.
I will mostly be hunting weekends, some weeknights, but not likely.

Hunting Tip: The Coffee Can Moose Call

Want a quick and inexpensive call for Moose? Take an empty 32 ounce coffee can, and make a small slit in the bottom, only about a quarter inch. Then, take one of those really big red rubber bands, the ones that go around big folders. Cut the rubber band to make one long piece.
