I would like to swap a N.E. Arkansas duck hunt for a hunt for any westerm big game. What I have to offer is a do it yourself type hunt with me and my gang on public land(flooded cypress timber or open water). It is public so the hunting pressure can be tough somtimes, but anyone who has done any form of hunting on public land understand it has it's pros and cons.Late December and all of January usually offer the best hunting. We have lots of Mallards with a little of everyting else mixed in.I also hunt in Alabama where I live. There we have some of the best Gray Duck hunting in the world, if Gadwalls are on your to-do list. Some years(weather permitting)I have a honey hole a few minutes from my house that is literaly coverd with Woodies. Two or three people usually limit out on Woodies and connect on Mallards, Gadwalls and occasionaly a stray Black Duck or two at the same time.If the water is there and the ducks are using it ,I guarrantee it'll be a blast.Even in good years we only hunt this spot 2 or three times a season.Anyone intersested let me know.I open to anything from proghorn, muleys, elk to you name it.
