Friday evening (7-2-2010) I took my good friend and his girl out on her first hog hunt. We stocked up on a group of eight hogs and she made a great one shot kill at fourty yards with a 30-06.

I'm glad they liked it. Hog straps have good taste but they can be difficult to cook without getting tough like leather. You definatly need to pound those bad boys out before cooking them.

Now you have really done it, cutting it up for them and letting them find out how good it is. I did the same thing with a friend and an elk. Now his wife wants him to shoot one every year.
