Unit 4 dropped their first season cow tags from 1900 to 1000. There are no leftovers this year for the first time in a long time.
Other units have been decreased by smaller margins, but if you were counting on leftovers in some places it is too late, other places there are much fewer leftovers than usual, so you will have to act fast.
The leftover list isn't out yet, but you can figure it out by looking at the Drawing Summary and check current balance to see if there is anything left in an area of interest.
