Here and a couple other site's are doing the I got my ........a new rifle so I thought I'd tell you what I got my granddaughter. Just picked it up a couple weeks ago. Winchester Model 70 Featherweight in 6.5x55 w/1-4x Redfield I bought new in about 1971. She get's it for her 18th birthday. She'll be 4 next October. :\:D/

OK you guy's but I warn you, put on some real dark sunglasses. My daughter-in-law is beautiful. I,,,,I taught my son how to shoot and pick women!! 
By the way, Sam really is gonna get that gun someday if she hunt's. Otherwise, it's for a great grandchild.

Believe it or not, I really did get the rifle. Having made it home for a few hours I even managed a photo of it. Haven't had time to shoot it yet but did load up a box of ammo while home, 140 gr Hornady's. Gonna try for two photo's here. Oh yea, this is intended for Sam someday.
