Anyhow, Im trying to purchase an old C&R Bolt action. Still waiting on my license, but what luck. I find a dealer with a good price in state (PA). Why good luck? Right on the site not two lines above my gun it says "We require FFL or C&R for out of state shipments". So I call them up to see what they want (assuming it'll be a photocopy of drivers license to verify age and address), and ask questions about the rifle. And they start telling me that they must ship to a dealer... so I tell them I'm in PA about a dozen times and they still insist I must go through a dealer. Apparently the guy they have on the phones needs to have a little pow-wow with the guy who put up their website. Because either I need a C&R for instate shipment or not.
