Ive been guiding for many years now over bait here in northern Wisconsin. There has been times when I am with the client that I feel that their is a bigger animal in the vicinity. Im thinking that maybe by using a call (which call? ) might make the bear that is hung up come in before nightfall. Has anyone else tried this. I strongly disagree with using a cub distress call I would think that there would be big problems with mother bear and since we cannot shoot mother bears with cubs it doesnt do me much good. appreciate any suggestions and or references to a good call with calling instructions.
Thanks
Joe
