What are the boundaries in Oregon for bagging a record??

Blacktailer,
Check out the latest edition of the "Record Book for Oregon" at your local sporting goods shop. They currently list 3 catagories for blacktail deer in Oregon. They are Columbian, Cascade, and Western. Shown in the text are the various boundarys for each and an extensive records listing for each in Rifle, Blackpowder and Archery...plus shed and velvet entrys...both typical and nontypical.
There are a lot of great stories and photos. The latest book out is the 3rd edition.
