I got a questionaire from the AZGF about week ago, asking about elk and buffalo sightings on deer hunts in 12A/B.
Did anyone see an elk or buffalo on their deer hunt? Or better yet, have any success with a population mgmt tag?
I saw 6 elk back in the late '90s on the west side of 12A, but it wasn't during a hunting season.
You know, I've never hunted in 12 A/B. We used to talk about taking a bow hunt up there sometime, but somehow never got around to it.
We had Mulie tags in 21 this year and sure didn't see any Elk where we were at. 
Never had one of those mgt. tags either.
