Grew up in New England spent majority of my life in Maine. 13 years spent in Northern Aroostook County in Maine enjoying the North Maine Woods camping, fishing and hunting with my family and friends. Was just about to become a registered Maine Guide when life took me south to Georgia. Huge climate change. We love it here and all that Georgia has to offer for the outdoors family that we are. Made some new friends in Georgia with similiar interest and still visit maine annually. A good freind from Allagash Maine left us not to long ago and shared a lasting motto with us all, "Camping Is Sharing." If your ever up in Northern Maine along the St John river stop at Seminary Brook Camp site. You will see a memorial we put in for our good Friend Gerry McBrearty.
