About KSwildlifeGuy

Nick is the Managing Broker of Wildlife Properties Land Company LLC, licensed in Kansas and Nebraska.  Nick has appeared on hunting & outdoor television shows from the Pursuit Channel and Ranch & Resort TV and was formerly a weekly contributor for the nationally syndicated outdoor radio program The Revolution with Jim & Trav.

A life-long Kansas resident, Nick is also the publisher of My Wildlife Magazine a rural lifestyle publication covering land, art, culture, food and the outdoors in Kansas.

Nick is a consultant for private equity and conservation land buyers and has developed a proprietary research report that provides analysis for institutional and private investors considering the purchase of land as part of their investment portfolio. These research reports provide an investment perspective not found in traditional price opinions or appraisals.

Prior to establishing Wildlife Properties Land Company LLC, Nick worked as a marketing manager for franchise organizations and headed an advertising group facility. Nick is an alumni of Kansas State University where he focused on marketing and business administration.

Nick got started in the real estate world as a private investor developing conservation properties and repackaging the developed properties to like-minded outdoor enthusiasts. When not working on real estate transactions, Nick spends much of his time with landowners and outdoor enthusiasts, assisting them with their property management goals.
