About KSwildlifeGuy

Nick Rhodes is the Managing Broker of WILDLIFE PROPERTIES and is licensed in Kansas.  Nick has appeared on hunting & outdoor television shows from the Pursuit Channel and Ranch & Resort TV and was formerly a weekly contributor for the nationally syndicated outdoor radio program The Revolution with Jim & Trav.

A life-long Kansas resident, Nick is active in the Quail Forever organization and a member of Quality Deer Management Association. Nick is also the publisher of My Wildlife Magazine and publications for ReMax and Coldwell Banker agents in the Denver and Front Range areas of Colorado.

Nick has compiled hundreds of price opinions for large banks and asset managers. As a result, Nick has developed an understanding of Kansas real estate markets, especially regarding valuations of agricultural lands, wildlife properties and country homes.

Nick also has experience selling REO and bank owned properties for some of the country’s largest banking institutions and asset management companies. Nick has been approved to market properties for the Federal National Mortgage Association and Veterans Administration.

Nick has developed a proprietary research report that provides analysis for institutional and private investors considering the purchase of parcels of land for their investment portfolio. Nick’s research reports provide an investment perspective not found in traditional price opinions or appraisals.

Prior to founding WILDLIFE PROPERTIES, Nick worked as a marketing manager for franchise organizations and as a manager of an advertising facility. He has a BS in Marketing from Kansas State University.

Nick got started in the real estate world as a private investor who developed wildlife properties and then resold the properties to like-minded individuals. It was a natural progression for Nick to become a licensed real estate broker. When not working on real estate transactions, Nick spends much of his time with landowners and outdoor enthusiasts, assisting them with their property management goals.
