Nova Scotia Moose Hunt

My husband Garth Chisholm & son Stephen have been going to the woods fishing and hunting from the time the latter was born or very shortly thereafter and this is one of their great highlights. This moose was downed in the Highlands of Cape Breton in Nova Scotia, Canada in 2002. Needless to say, the hunting story gets more exciting every time it's told. *Wink* *Wink*

Congratulations. That is a nice bull moose you have there. Maybe my son and I will be able to tag team and take one of those big boys out some day. Thanks for sharing.

Great little story as it's good to see more father and son teams out there together. I might get to hunt moose someday but if I do I'm sure it will be here in Colorado as it's the only place I apply and of course the only place I can afford a moose hunt.

Well, it looks pretty exciting to begin with. I can tell you that's a hunt I'd love to do myself some day!

I'm doing my first moose hunt

I'm doing my first moose hunt this year. I've been thinking about it everyday since I was notified I drew the tag. I hope that I will also have a great story at the end of my hunting season. Thanks for sharing your story.
