Bow and Arrow Idaho Bull Moose
Bart Lockhart
I was very fortunate to draw a once in a lifetime Idaho Bull Moose tag this year. My area was just west of Yellowstone National Park, on the Idaho side along the south fork of the Snake river. I elected to stick it out with my bow and arrow, passing up many Bulls that I could have easily shot with a rifle. After 16 days and many many miles of travel the results proved to be colossal.
Dave's Washington Moose
Dean Justice
This is my buddy Dave's (we call him Tarzan) moose which he tagged in Eastern Washington in November of 2003. This isn't the prettiest picture, but it just came home today.
Monster Moose
Gord Heins
Unfortunately, I have no information about this bull, but I thought others would like to see.
Tommy's Moose Hunt
Tom Reimer
Tommy drew a permit for a "youth only" hunt in Delta Junction Alaska. We hunted for 3 days, hiking approximately 5 miles per day prior to spotting this spike.
Anthony's Vermont Moose
Anthony Ramondo
I shot this moose in southern VT by West Dover. Last year I put in for a tag and to my surprise I received one!
Jack's Record Alaska-Yukon Moose
Dean Nelsen
Here is my ten year old son Jack Nelsen of Staples, MN. Jack shot this 255.5 B&C Alaska-Yukon bull moose this past September 2004. Jack’s moose was officially scored number two in the world by Rob Naplin of Park Rapids, MN. The bull had a 77 inch wide spread and was taken with one shot at 80 yards.
Nova Scotia Moose Hunt
Lynda Chisholm
My husband Garth Chisholm & son Stephen have been going to the woods fishing and hunting from the time the latter was born or very shortly thereafter and this is one of their great highlights.
