First Tennessee Muzzleloader Deer by Chris Schmittou
This picture is of my nine year old son Caleb with his first deer taken in 2008 on our land in Wayne county Tennessee. He took this deer with my .50 caliber muzzleloader on the second day of our muzzleloader season.
Also, a picture of the deer I killed two ridges over on the opening day of rifle. I took this deer at 11:45 after watching it and another buck fighting over a hot doe for over 3 hours off and on. The buck gross scored 158 1/8”. Needless to say we had a great deer season in south Tennessee.
