Description:
The visitor center features a view within the nation`s largest straightline powerhouse as well as interpretive displays. Bridgeport State Park, including the Lake Woods Golf Course, is adjacent to the project.

Directions:
Chief Joseph Dam is located in Bridgeport, WA. From Grand Coulee, drive 22 mi W on WA 174 to WA 17. Drive 16 mi W on WA 17 to the Columbia River. Or from Wenatchee, WA, drive 73 mi N on US 97, then 8 mi E on WA 17. The visitor route begins at the Orientation Area, just off WA 17 on the north side of the river.
