Many people have expressed a wish to take part in the funeral procession, as a final tribute to their co-workers who died in the line of duty.  "The funeral procession, composed of peace officers and police officers walking behind the coffins, will leave the Armoury in the direction of the Basilica - Cathedral Notre-Dame-de-Québec at approximately 1:00 p.m.," said Henri Guillemette, Director of Wildlife Protection for the Chaudière-Appalaches Region.  "The procession will be an emotional tribute by family, friends and co-workers, a homage to Nicolas Rochette and Fernand Vachon as they are escorted to their final resting place."

A Bad Night in Yellowstone
It is odd that I would be here, in this hospital bed, writing this story. Odder yet, that I am alive yet to tell it. But if I do not, it won't get told. Camping: it is something I usually enjoy very much, but this night, as many others, I was in enough pain to make it look less than attractive.
