New Mexico Cow Elk Hunt
Here is a picture of a cow elk shot by my 14 year old son Skyler. The cow was 7 years old and had 268 pounds of hanging quarters. Skyler shot the elk with a 7mm ultra magnum from 302 yards away. Location was Chama New Mexico.
