AGFC Proposes Flyway-Wide Spinning Wing Decoy Ban 07/20/05
The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will be proposing a flyway-wide ban on all spinning and flapping wing decoys during the Mississippi Flyway Council meeting next week in Tunica. AGFC Files Lawsuit Over Timber Damage 03/29/05
Timber damaged by flooding spurred the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission to file a lawsuit against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. The lawsuit will be filed on Friday, March 18 in Washington D.C.

More Land Opened for Deer Hunters 02/08/05
Since floodwaters have dropped, the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has reopened deer hunting on some property that was closed last week along the Mississippi River. Bighorn Sheep Released on Independence Peak 01/04/05
Thirty-five California bighorn sheep, 15 from Oregon and 20 from Nevada, are now calling Independence Peak home. This is the second release of bighorn sheep to the area. Thirteen sheep were released in 2003; those sheep were captured in the Jarbidge and Bruneau canyons. [Comments?]
