Wisconsin DNR Offers Turkey Hunter Education Clinic April 2nd

A free Turkey Hunter Education Clinic will be held at the Flambeau Area Sportsman Club on Saturday, April 2 from 9 a.m. until noon. The clinic will cover turkey calling, identification of legal birds, regulations, in-depth hunting techniques, camouflage, shotgun patterning, equipment, safety, and archery hunting. The class is conducted by DNR certified instructors.

"This clinic is designed for turkey hunters at all skill levels," said Conservation Warden Dan Michels,"and we will have the latest, most up to date information on how to take these big game birds."
