Wyoming HMA and Walk-In Area Access Increases for 2010 Season

Wyoming hunters will have more access to private lands this year that include six new Hunter Management Areas and more walk-in acreage as well. Walk-In and hunter management areas offer access for hunting for big game including elk, deer and antelope as well as a variety of upland bird species, waterfowl and small game and predators.

Idaho Controlled Hunt Draw Results Available Online Now

Hunters who applied for elk, deer, pronghorn, fall turkey and black bear controlled hunts can now find the results online.

Applicants can enter their hunting license number online to find out instantly how they did in the drawing.

South Dakota Looks to Reduce Antelope Tags for 2010
The South Dakota Game Fish and Parks Commission proposed to issue the same number of licenses for the upcoming 2010 Antelope Season as were sold in 2009, but the number of tags issued will be approximately 8,000 less than last year.
Nevada Second Draw for Big Game Tags - Apps Due July 6th
Hunters who did not draw a big game tag in Nevada's recently completed main draw still have a chance in the upcoming second draw. The final results of the main draw were announced by Friday (June 18), along with information on remaining tags. Any tags remaining after the second draw will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Montana SuperTag Deadline is July 1
Eight lucky SuperTag hunters will win the chance to hunt a moose, bighorn sheep, mountain goat, elk, deer, antelope, mountain lion and bison in any legal district open for that species.
Nebraska Leftover Tags on Sale June 14th
Remaining big game hunting permits may be purchased beginning Monday, June 14, at 1 p.m. Central Daylight Time, according to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
New Mexico Big Game Drawing Results Available June 9th
Hunters who applied for New Mexico 2010-2011 deer, elk, antelope, ibex, javelina, bighorn sheep and Barbary sheep licenses can see if they made the drawing "lucky list" Wednesday, June 9, on the Department of Game and Fish website.

Kansas Antelope Firearm Applications Due June 11
The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP) is now accepting applications for resident firearm and muzzleloader antelope permits.
California Big Game Tag Deadline June 2nd
Hunters who plan to hunt deer, elk, antelope or bighorn sheep have only a few weeks left to turn in an application. Applications must be received at the California Department of Fish and Game's (DFG) License and Revenue Branch in Sacramento by 5 p.m. on June 2. Drawing results will be available by phone and online on June 23.
