"This agreement has provided an added value to the price of a Pennsylvania hunting and furtaker license," said Carl G. Roe, Pennsylvania Game Commission executive director. "We are pleased that the Pittsburgh Pirates recognize the importance of our license buyers to wildlife management, as well as the economy, of the state and the Steel City region, by offering this discount."

That's something you don't

That's something you don't see every day.  Interesting to have a sports team, in this case the Pirates, team up with a wildlife agency.

However, having my Dad's entire family from about 30 minutes outside of Pittsburgh, i can say that there are tons and tons of fans that are also hunters.  That area has some awesome hunting.  I still remember the first time I ever watched hounds work rabbits, it was down there.

Very cool!
