Missouri Hunters Had Great Opening Weekend
Hunters checked 124,271 deer Nov. 11 and 12. The harvest during the opening weekend of the 11-day firearms deer season is 21,726 more than last year.
Minnesota Has All Season Deer License
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) reminds hunters that the all-season deer license allows them to take up to three deer. The all season deer license allows hunters to hunt in the archery, firearms and muzzleloader seasons.
Tennessee Muzzleloader Season Starts November 4th
The first segment of Tennessee’s Muzzleloader/Archery Deer Season opens on Saturday, November 4 and goes through Friday, November 10 in all three of Tennessee’s deer hunting units, according to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).

The opening of the new deer hunting season on Sunday means thousands of families in Illinois will benefit from the generosity of deer hunters who donate to the Illinois Sportsmen Against Hunger program. Begun in 1989, Illinois Sportsmen Against Hunger (ISAH) allows hunters to donate deer they harvest to provide venison for distribution to food banks, food pantries and charitable organizations helping feed the hungry throughout the state.
