Minnesota 2008 Hunting Seasons Announced
The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) announced opening dates for many of the 2008 Minnesota hunting seasons. The dates are being announced now for the benefit of those who must establish vacation or hunting plans well in advance.
West Virginia Deer Hunters Had Good Season
Preliminary counts of game checking tags indicate West Virginia hunters harvested a total of 145,577 white-tailed deer during the recently completed bucks-only, antlerless, muzzleloader, bow and youth deer seasons.

West Virginia Stamps for Additional Deer
Class RM and Class RRM stamps may be used to take one additional muzzleloader deer in the muzzleloader season in all counties having a muzzleloader season.
New Jersey DEP Deer Regulations to Change
The NJ DEP Division of Fish and Wildlife reminds hunters that deer season regulation changes this year make the regular, zone-specific bow, shotgun and muzzleloader deer permits valid only for the hunting of antlerless deer.
