It's good to see an update

It's good to see an update and reminder here but it's kind of strange. There is only about three weeks between the closing of the season before it opens right back up again. What is the reason for the closure I wonder? Maybe the quota has been met and that's why it needs to close. I know when I got my lion the unit we hunted in that day never had closed as the quota was never met and it just rolled into the next season. I was surprised but it worked out well for me and I did get a very large lion. Good luck to anyone who gets to hunt one of these this year.
