Deer Permits Available

There are still plenty of 2002 Nebraska deer hunting permits available and now both resident and nonresident hunters who have not yet obtained their first deer hunting permit, as well as those who were unsuccessful in obtaining a permit in a draw unit, can purchase their first permit, including remaining permits in draw units.

Those permits will be available online at the Game and Parks Commission's website at www.outdoornebraska.org, by mail, or from any Commission permitting office at Ak- Sar-Ben Aquarium, Alliance, Bassett, Kearney, Norfolk, North Platte, Omaha or Lincoln.

Residents and nonresidents will be able to purchase a second permit beginning July 15; then starting Aug. 12, both residents and nonresidents can purchase additional permits within permit limits.
