Arkansas Elk Hunt Applications Now Available
The 2007 elk season will be broken into two segments: September 24-28, 2007 and December 3-7, 2007. There are 20 permits available. Of those 20 permits, 18 will be awarded at the annual Buffalo River Elk Festival in June. Two of the permits will be auctioned during fund-raising activities of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
