Thanks guys, the moose were about 250 yards away when I saw them but did not attempt to get closer since I had no tag and a zoom works just fines. I cannot tell you how many times I shot that bull in my mind and figured out the best route to get within 50 yards or so to take him. Hopefully when I have a tag he will still be in the area. Currently I have 11 preference point for moose so maybe next year will be lucky number 12 and a tag. Guess we will find out next May.

I definitely like the bull moose - wow! Hopefully he will be waiting right there when you have the tag. Your wife also has a nice 1st buck! Very nice pics!
That's a great bull right there and I agree with the staement if only I had a tag. I have been putting in for over 15 years now but I'm confident that my time is getting close. Of course I've thought that since the very first year but I know it will happen eventually if I keep trying to get one.
