Changes Made for 2006 Nova Scotia Hunting Season

I'm in zone 2A and hope I get the double tag but there are a lot of hunters that never hunted in 2A before that want in on the action and have applied for that zone. The competition is going to be a little stiffer this season. 2A has an over population of deer but the problem is that the deer(90+%) are in the back yards where they are safe from hunters so this new rule will only deplete the other 10% to extra low levels.
