 I got my ram on Aug 30 last year. We were hunting by pack frame and it took us 4 days to get us and the animal to an airfield and then to a cooler. Central Idaho. Once I got to the animal - nothing else mattered except the cape and the meat. Vigilance (and about 3 lb of salt) paid off. I'm looking at my ram mount now on the wall. It can be done.
