Although I've never done it, I voted for elk. It tops the list of my dream hunts (foothills elk/mulie combo). Moose/bear being a close second.
Of hunting I've actually done: deer |

I think I enjoy waterfowl the most with bear second, deer third and moose fourth. Elk and turkey are two dream hunts for me as well. I think elk hunting would be awesome. |

Although I have yet to draw in any of the states I have applied, Sheep hunting is definitely my dream. I didn't see it as an option though. |

Ive hunted deer for over 20 yrs and it seems to be the poll favorite, but it pales in comparison to being in bow range of a rut crazed bull elk, screaming his a** off! |

Well, I've never hunted elk... but would love to.. so, i'd have to say my favorite animal to harvest are whitetails, but the thrill of the turkey hunt is more of a rush. |

I like chasing the Roosevelts but, it's hard to beat chasing after a blacktail in the coastal forests.
Modern rifle, muzzleloader, archery, shotgun all work equally as well with equal challenge. They taste good too.
For anyone that has never had the opportunity. If it ever arises, don't turn it down. It's well worth it. |
