The wildlife announcement for Newfoundland applies only to resident hunters. Every province makes annual announcements such as this.
Non-Resident hunters who must book with outfitters, do not need to apply in this draw, as the outfitters have the licences and sell them with the hunt package. Each outfitter has a specific number of licences for each camp.
Some operators are already sold out for this year 2004, some like us, still have a few tags available.
