No surprise.

As long as managment includes effective population control, there should be no problem. However this has not been washingtons M.O.

If the unknowing society does not allow for effective control, overpopulation will cause animals to seek habitat in areas occupied by people. We have seen these isues with the big cats, regulations are being altered to keep children from being snatched out of their yards in the rural interface.
